Staking is a fundamental feature of the Nortech platform, designed to encourage active participation and align stakeholders' interests with the platform's overall success. The staking process operates in defined cycles—monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually—with profit shares calculated at the end of each month. Staking rewards are distributed in stablecoins, specifically USDT or USDC.

Users on the platform can select their staking options based on the desired duration and the amount of NTH tokens they wish to stake. Additionally, users can monitor their earnings and benefits on a daily basis, providing transparency and real-time insights into their staking performance.
